Following the recent announcement from the Province, the City of Grande Prairie is implementing new measures at Bonnetts Energy Centre beginning on Monday, September 20th.
These new measures are an additional step in ensuring the health and safety of City staff, customers and the community. They are in addition to the other Provincial health measures such as barriers, mandatory masking, increased sanitization, etc. that have been in place throughout the pandemic.
Starting September 20, Bonnetts Energy Centre will be adopting the Government of Alberta’s Restriction Exemption Program (REP) and will require individuals aged 12 and older, unless within a youth user group, to provide proof of vaccination, a recent negative test result, or documentation of medical exemption.
During this initial phase of the program, participants and spectators should plan to arrive at the facility earlier than normal as staff will be required to review and verify patron’s required documentation.
