This policy describes how Bonnetts Energy Centre treats personal information that we collect both online and offline. This includes but not limited to; our website, box office, and phone interactions you may have with us.
Voluntary information that we collect from and about you when you become a registered user of bonnettsenergycentre.com or subscribe to promotions or services that we my provide.
- Contact information – We will collect your name, mailing address, phone number, and email.
- Payment information – We will collect your credit card information for the payment process; however, credit card information is not kept on file.
Bonnetts Energy Centre may also share your information with our business partners and venues (an “Event Host”) as part of our contractual agreements with them. This includes business partners who operate a venue for whom we are selling tickets for. If you wish to purchase tickets to an event, but would like to remain anonymous, you may purchase your tickets in person directly through the Bonnetts Energy Centre Box Office or email tickets@bonnettsenergy.com to receive a waiver form to complete.
Bonnetts Energy Centre will also be required to share information if and when we choose a new ticketing vendor. We will need to share our customer database in order to transfer information into the new ticketing system.
Our site is intended for adult use. Bonnetts Energy Centre does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. Occasionally we may offer children the opportunity to enter youth-orientated promotions or contests via website. In the case that a child chooses to do so, we only ask for the child’s first name, parent or guardian’s first and last name as well as an email address, and will use this information to only notify the contest winners. Bonnetts Energy Centre may also use and disclose any personal information that is relevant to legal proceedings or permitted or required by law.
